Etihad Airways is planning to dispatch occasional flights, cheap flights to Oman between Abu Dhabi and the lovely waterfront city of Salalah, southern Oman, in time for the district’s one of a kind Khareef, or green season. Salalah is one of the few locations on the Arabian Peninsula that encounters a storm season, making broad vegetation development and awesome cascades all through the beach front ranges, and conveying fundamentally lower temperatures than the remainder of the GCC.
Etihad that offers cheap flights to Oman will travel to Salalah four times each week between July 2 and August 31, the pinnacle of the green season. The flights, to be worked with two-class Airbus A320 air ship, will leave Abu Dhabi at 8.05am every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, touching base at 10.00am, and empowering visitors to start their break by early evening.
Robin Kamark, boss business officer, Etihad Aviation Group, stated: “Salalah is a standout amongst the most looked for after goals in Oman, and Khareef is an astounding season wherein to visit. The green mountains and streaming cascades are uncommon and excellent in this district, and under two hours flying time from Abu Dhabi. Our new regular flights give an incredible chance to encounter this uncommon goal at a standout amongst the best occasions of the year, either for a brief break or an all-inclusive period.”
The new seasonal flights to Salalah will take the number of weekly Etihad flights between Abu Dhabi and Oman to 25 – 21 to Muscat and four to Salalah.
